We now have our new telephone system in operation! We were aware of the issues caused by the high volume of calls into the practice and the need to make a change to an updated system. We are pleased that one of the key benefits for our patients is the new call back option which saves a place in the queue without having to wait on the line. We will call our patients back when the held place reaches the top of the queue. Our patients can also directly select the option they may need and listen to relevant messages & information.
Online Services
Get StartedYou can use the NHS App to check your symptoms and get instant advice, book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your GP medical record and more.
If you need medical support, we will provide you with the appropriate tests and treatments or refer you to a specialist if needed. We will also work with you to keep you healthy, by preventing illness where possible through positive lifestyle choices and helping you manage any long-term health problems.
All our doctors and staff are committed to providing you with a high-quality service and to treating patients and visitors with respect and courtesy. We ask that patients and their families treat us with the same respect and courtesy. The practice has a policy of removing any patient from our list who is verbally or physically abusive towards staff or other patients.
