I graduated from Nottingham university in 1987 and have worked as a GP in Nottingham since 1993. I started at the Whyburn practice in January 2022(working Monday and Tuesday).
I am an accredited GP trainer and enjoy other work as a GP appraiser, mentor to newly qualified GPs and as a GMC examiner for international medical graduate doctors who are applying to work in the UK.
When not at work I enjoy running, singing and am an enthusiastic cat owner !
My qualifications: B Med Sci( Hons), BM BS,DCH, DRCOG, MRCGP with Distinction(1991).

Dr Adegoke qualified in 2010 and holds a Masters degree in Public Health. She had spent her postgraduate years working in Public Health and Psychiatry before her GP training programme in Nottingham. She enjoyed doing rotations in Geriatric Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynaecology and A&E.
Dr Adegoke enjoys the wide and varied work in General Practice and has interests in Women’s Health, Paediatrics and Dermatology.
Outside of medicine, she loves gardening and cooking.

As a newly minted GP, I am dedicated to providing compassionate healthcare to patients of all ages.
I am originally from Kashmir but did all of my training in UK. I love the mix of cases and patients that general practice offers but I have a special interest in dermatology. Driven by a deep commitment to teaching, I love to share knowledge and clinical experience with other healthcare professionals.
With a lifelong love for football, I understand the importance of physical activity in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
I spend my spare time watching sports and exercising/running. I also like to watch movies, whenever I get time.

Community Health Care Team
Our Community Health Care Team includes:
Health Visitors
Our Health Visitors are based in the surgery. Health Visitors provide health care advice and support to parents of children aged 10 days to 5 years. The Health Visitor can be contacted through the practice.
District Nurses
The District Nurses perform nursing duties at home for patients who are housebound. Their help is arranged by the doctor or by the hospital for newly discharged patients.
Community Midwives
Our Community Midwife cares for expectant mothers and visits mothers and babies for up to 28 days after delivery.
